The basis of the Doing Business conducted by GLF in Lebanon, and supported by the World Bank, was to analyze how to build effective institutions. In understanding what drives institutional change, the report emphasizes the importance of history, highlighting the need to ensure effective institutions through a design that complements existing institutions, human capabilities, and available technologies.

GLF plays an active role in supporting the sports community by providing particularly legal advice to the Lebanese Federation of Volleyball (FLVB). Their responsibilities include ensuring that the FLVB complies with both national and international laws, representing the Federation in legal cases, and managing arbitration matters
